Incorporating the doctrines of molecular gastronomy, expanded local sourcing, new high-tech culinary equipment, and the creativity of our highly-trained chefs, our Crystal Dining Room's Modern Cuisine menu boasts more than 100 new dishes of epicurean excellence that are artistic, and also surprisingly healthy.
Each evening in the Crystal Dining Room, guests may choose from two dinner menus presented side-by-side: the new "Modern" menu includes dishes such as a slow-cooked Shiraz-braised oxtail ragout or a re-imagined Strawberries Romanoff with Cotton Candy dome, while our "Classic" menu offers traditional favorites.

The Vintage Room
Exclusive and elegant, The Vintage Room is the perfect venue to celebrate a special occasion with intimate wine-pairing dinners for four to 14 people. Offered several times on every voyage, an exceptional tasting menu complements rare vintages and wine regions of the world.
Created for the true xenophile, these one-of-a-kind luxury winemakers’ dinners feature some of the rarest wines in the world. The first eight-course dinner offered welcomed Master Chef André Soltner, formerly of Lutèce, paired with a nearly impossible-to-get 1959 Chateau Lafite-Rothschild and a 1996 Screaming Eagle from Napa Valley.
A rare label of fine wine, or a particularly indulgent bottle of champagne, can elevate the dining experience into the sublime, and our ships’ wine cellars boast more than 10,000 bottles with over 230 vintages.
